The day after the Summerfest, we drove up to Bear Lake to get in some more water skiing. Once again we beached half of us and took turns on the boat. Bree and Ben had rented some paddleboards from the U for the weekend, so Colton and I spent a lot of time on them. Stand-up paddleboarding is one of my favorite sports. It’s great exercise and tons of fun. We’ve been watching prices go down as they become more and more popular, and hopefully in the next couple years we will be able to buy some for ourselves. There were three paddle boards, and we finally got Colton’s brother Trent out with us. Some campers down the beach had hit like 50 golfballs into the water the night before and were spending most of the day diving for them. We joined in a bit and found five or six. The time passed much faster on the beach with the paddleboards, and I didn’t make any voodoo dolls this time.
It had been a day of skiing and paddleboarding, even though my henna washed off a bit.
